Tigers captain Jason Silverthorn celebrated lifting the English Premier League trophy by setting his men an immediate target of play-off glory.
Silverthorn collected Telford’s third piece of major silverware in three years on Sunday, following a 4-2 win over Guildford Flames.
The Tigers skipper will now turn his attention to the end-of-season play-offs, which get under way after next week’s visit of Milton Keynes.

Tigers coach Tom Watkins is looking forward to lifting the English Premier League trophy on Sunday – but he delivered a timely warning to keep his side’s winning run on track.
The county men will be presented with the EPL trophy after Sunday’s game against Guildford at Telford Ice Rink, with a trip to face Sheffield also on the agenda for Saturday.

Tigers coach Tom Watkins will warn his young players to earn their place in the side against Hull Pirates at Telford Ice Rink on Sunday night.
The new EPL champions take on a Pirates outfit still jostling for position in the end-of-season play-offs, which start later this month.
Last weekend’s title victory means Watkins could afford to give his youngsters extra ice time, as preparations for the tournament step up a gear.

Tigers forward Doug Clarkson is savouring the demands for continuous improvement, despite his side winning the English Premier League title just ten days ago.
Clarkson, who arrived from Elite League side Dundee Stars last summer, has been a key part of this year’s Tigers squad, bagging a remarkable 77 points in 49 games.
But two days after that championship win last week, head coach Tom Watkins brought skills equipment to a training session, in a bid to keep his players sharp.

English Premier League champions Telford Tigers will wear specially-designed shirts to raise HIV awareness in their game against Hull Pirates on Sunday.
The white and grey shirts will feature a unique Tigers logo, alongside sponsors, own and loan names, and other contributors to the charity.
The shirts will be presented to supporters in the Tigers bar after the game, alongside a charity auction and a meal with two players.
