Slough Jets logo It is with great regrets and a heavy heart that Slough Jets will no longer compete in the EPIHL.

Over the last few years pressures have risen from increasing costs and dropping attendance and this has meant that this season we have not achieved any of our goals. Many people have been aware of our goals this season and having given everything to strive for them but even with the belief and passion it would work things took a turn for the worse for the second half of this season. Despite recent success for the club we have also been unable to build our sponsorship to our desired level.

We would like to thank first and foremost Jets players who remained with us this season and played their hearts out right up till the end. We want to thanks supporters that stood by us in these hard times and continued to support us week in week out.

To all those that gave up their time on game nights. Karin Ingram with her amazing skills doing the 50/50 and Shirt of the back, Tom Nolan for taking the time out and doing the supporters club memberships, chuck the duck and many other tasks, Tammy Moran and Kelly Edworthy for organising the events and the End of season celebration, Brenda and Don for standing at the front selling programmes and 50/50 we appreciate everything you all did for us this year and all the previous years, The Whipp Family for all their hard work , help and support over the many years, Marie Buttarelli a massive thank you for everything you have done for us in the last years not only on game nights but behind the scenes helping Steve, Mark Denholm a massive thank you not only for your Dj skills during the games but also for the work you did with Jets Tv and your support in all these years, Craig Moran for stepping in at such a hard time with so many senior players leaving and being left with so little to work with you did an amazing job and last but not least Steve English there is no way we can ever thank you enough for all the hard work you have put in to the club, the late night phone calls, the endless meetings, all the running around making sure everything is done to specifications even when away on holiday or at your regular job. THANK YOU ALL!!!

We must say our final good bye and deepest thank you to all those who have continually been supporters of the Slough Jets. It is with great sadness that we had to drop out of EPL but for those that wish to continue to support Slough we will still have a team next year in the NIHL2 and hope that the Jets family will come and support us this coming season.

Once again, to all the individuals, families, and the players who so tirelessly supported us, Bravo! Our men leave the EPL knowing what good sportsmanship is, how to graciously win and lose and how to walk away with dignity with their heads held high.
