Basingstoke Bison head coach Steve Moria has signed yet another of his former Slough Jets team, this time adding the import Joe Ciccarello.

Calgary-born Ciccarello has already iced for Bison, having been their top points scorer during the first season of the Elite League in 03/04. However Joe first came to British hockey in 2000, spending 4 years in Bracknell in the Superleague before joining Bison and then going onto London Racers and Sheffield Steelers, finally settling in the EPL at Slough in 2005.

Ciccarello and player/coach Moria formed a potent pairing in the league last season, scoring 85 goals during the season. Ciccarello commented on the Bison website that he was "very exciting about coming back to the club and feel this is great opportunity to link up with Mo again".
